Dirty Labs is an AAPI-owned cleaning innovations lab on a mission to create the future of cleaning by using innovations in green chemistry. Many cleaners still use ingredients with carcinogens, irritants, toxins, or endocrine disruptors. In contrast, our promise is to deliver conventional levels of cleaning or better with the safest ingredients list.

All of our products are developed and manufactured in the United States. Our ingredients are sourced from the US, Europe, South America, and Southeast Asia. Enzymes are naturally occurring proteins, and Phytolase consists of a proprietary blend of advanced bioenzymes that comprise the cleaning engine behind our cleaners.

We take a comprehensive approach to sustainability. Our ingredients, sourcing, manufacturing, and hyper-concentrated products reduce our carbon footprint. Simply follow the measuring directions on the bottle and place the beaker in the dispenser tray or the washer drum. The beaker will come out clean with your wash!

All Dirty Labs products are designed for sensitive skin and formulated without EU listed fragrance allergens, sulfates, chlorine-based bleaches, synthetic preservatives, and other known irritants. All our products are consciously formulated to be safe for your entire family, including infants and babies who may have more sensitive skin.

Our formula is 11x concentrated, meaning that we've removed any excess water and fillers from our formulas. Our Bio Laundry Detergents are designed and optimized for washing in cold water and are suitable for HE washers and traditional washers. Our detergents are also suitable for washing with hard water, as well as ground water or well water.

All of our products are septic safe. Our detergent is near neutral pH, and much less alkaline than conventional detergents, so on its own, it is safe for grey water systems.

Our ultra-concentrated 2-in-1 powder formula is designed with the most advanced bioenzymes and biobased ingredients to break down tough messes and stubborn stuck on food – without the harsh chemicals. Biobased and formula, our dishwash detergent is optimized for quick wash cycles and delivers a brilliant spot-free finish in less time.

Most cleaners today use technologies that were developed almost 100 years ago. In fact, many common deep-cleaning formulas still rely on harmful, petroleum-based chemicals. Dirty Labs is different. Phytolase, our proprietary enzyme cleaning technology, is consciously formulated with nontoxic, biobased ingredients. Our formulas are nontoxic and free of petroleum-based ingredients and synthetic surfactants. Dirty Labs is cruelty-free and vegan.

At Dirty Labs, less is more. By creating hyper-concentrated formulas, we greatly reduce our package sizes (and thus, our carbon footprint). Our packaging is made of recyclable cardboard, and our scoop is made from responsibly sourced schima superba wood. Our ingredients are responsibly sourced and created through biorenewable manufacturing processes. We examine every aspect of our product life cycles to achieve the safest, most sustainable solutions.
